The Last Avatar of American Populism

This presentation will be on Zoom only.

Tuesday March 4th, 2025, 1:30 – 3:30

On his first day in office, Donald Trump signed an impressive string of executive orders encompassing a wide range of issues, from immigration to border protection, “wokeism”, and trade.

He also called for a number of expansionist policies (Panama Canal, Greenland…), something that few anticipated.

How can we explain his return to power? What can we expect from a second Trump presidency? How will his policies, both domestic and international, affect global geopolitics?
